Loan Amount : Amount which you intend to borrow, Excludes downpayment.

EMI : Equal Monthly Installment of the loan that you have to pay each month.

Loan Term : Period of the loan in month.

Interest rate : Interest on the loan is calculated monthly on the outstanding balance at 1/12 of the annual Interst rate.
